UX Designer

Full Time, Los Angeles, CA (El Segundo)

Synthesizing the emerging brand of Incentify with the complex needs of C&I practitioners, FP&A executives, and the CFO - our UX designers play significant roles at all levels of product development. Not only will you work with the product development team, but as we believe that UX is essential to customer success, you will be working hand in hand with the customer success team as well.

Experience

  • 5+ years of UX design experience

    Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects

  • Advanced knowledge in both functional/black-box testing and white/grey-box testing

  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environment
