Sr. Developer

Full Time, Los Angeles, CA (El Segundo)

We are looking for a senior back end developer to join Incentify. In this role, you will play an integral part of our software development process by leading one of our development units.

As a member of the development team, you will build and work alongside a team of QA engineers, UX designers, and Subject Matter Experts to expand and improve the Incentify platform.

Experience

  • 5+ years of development experience

  • 2+ years supervising a team of 3 or more

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects

  • Advanced knowledge in both functional/black-box testing and white/grey-box testing

  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environment
