Product Designer
Full Time, Los Angeles, CA (El Segundo)
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our small and growing Product and Tech teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall experience quality for a set of products and workflows. We'll need you to take ownership of establishing best design practices for our organization. You’ll work alongside our Product, Design and engineering team members to explore, build, and launch your ideas.
This position reports directly to our VP of Product and it requires the ability to visit the El Segundo office on a regular basis (ideally twice a week).
In this role you will:
Create sleek and intuitive user experience that flows from wireframe to implementation that harness the full power of the Incentify platform
Design refined mocks, creative concepts and prototypes
Provide a user-centric voice in design and product discussions
Conduct user research to empower the team with rich, actionable user insights to inform product and design decisions
Collaborate with engineering, design, product and marketing to uphold the aesthetic and technical excellence of the Incentify brand
Be comfortable working on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables
Encourage a diversity of perspectives inspiring an inclusive product experience
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
3+ years of experience in relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
Proficiency with Figma
Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
Know how to find the right balance between perfection and shipping quickly
You can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of us
You are an expert in UI/UX but also have great visual design skills and a portfolio that reflects the work
Experience working with startups
