Responsibilities

• Be the champion for the design process, striving to push yourself and others to explore creative and innovative ways to solve complex problems

• Partner closely with product management and engineering to build our design system and manage a consistent UI framework.

• Ensure we’re thinking in terms of holistic solutions that create a consistent user experience

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence as a part of your decision making process and design strategy

• Drive the creation of storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual assets for our web based application

• Contribute to a creative, supportive culture

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a product design role focused on enterprise SaaS solutions

• Specialization in interaction design, visual design and design thinking, with experience in prototyping and user research

• Proficiency working with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and InVision

• User-centered, keeping the conversation focused around the user’s needs, motivations, pain points, etc.

• Comfortable collaborating on product requirements

• History of leveraging data as a part of your design decision making process and strategy

• Experience building and maintaining design systems as well as working closely with front end developers to collaborate on UI Framework cohesion (i.e., melding design consistency with technical UI framework)

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
