Director of Marketing

Incentify is seeking a passionate, creative, experienced, driven leader to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will lead all facets of the marketing function, including our demand generation and branding efforts. We are seeking an inspirational marketing leader who excels at recruiting and developing top talent, scaling an organization through high growth, and out-performing the ambitious goals you set for your team. You will develop high-impact, creative and bold brand and demand generation strategies that nail business goals and deliver an unmatched, unforgettable customer experience that turns customers into die-hard fans. You have experience with multi-channel advertising campaigns that dramatically accelerate brand awareness for a growing tech company. You’re at your best in a fast-changing environment and an emerging industry with plenty of ambiguity and interesting, challenging problems to solve.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute on go-to-market strategy for new products; drive pipeline needed to hit quarterly booking targets across a portfolio of credit and incentives solutions
Create campaigns that establish Incentify as the most trusted platform for credits and incentives identification and management
Test various channels and continue to improve and iterate on our marketing strategy over time
Work collaboratively with Sales to create and execute a winning full-funnel strategy
Drive demand generation strategies that build our lead funnel and convert to closed-won deals, applying customer and data insights to continuously improve conversion
Build relationships with Incentify’s Sales team to help further demand generation and enablement activities in the field
Own our brand strategy from development to execution in partnership with our Design team
Build brand awareness and shape market perception in partnership with our Corporate Communications team
Develop our corporate narrative and thought leadership platforms to continuously increase our market leadership
Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization
Experience
7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including experience scaling a team through high growth at a top tech company (B2B and/or fintech experience preferred)
Experience with Hubspot
Outstanding leadership skills - leads teams to deliver on ambitious business goals, inspires their best work, mentors and develops their careers
Outstanding verbal and written communication with a special knack for telling stories in a clear, intriguing and effective way
Proven data-driven decision maker
Excellent at collaborating across all functions, with all types of people, at all levels
Direct experience with building and managing a marketing budget including headcount and non-headcount resources
