C&I Success Manager
Full Time, Los Angeles, CA (El Segundo)
We are looking for a technically savvy tax expert primed to join the team behind the only dedicated Tax Credits & Incentives SaaS platform on the market, Incentify.
As our C&I Success Manager, your role will be to advise and shepherd our clients as they realize their significant C&I goals while also informing the development of the platform itself. We need someone with well rounded experience in corporate C&I as well as the confidence and charisma to communicate with senior leaders. Additionally, we need someone comfortable mastering a complex technology (think something on the order of a Salesforce - that’s about how complex our system is.)

Responsibilities
Become an expert in the Incentify platform and use that expertise to help Incentify clients succeed
Stay on top of changes in C&I and constantly bring findings to the greater team
Collaborate with Design and Engineering on potential product upgrades and/or new features
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide on the ground intel
Experience
5+ years of work experience in tax Credits & incentives. Your career should have seen you with roles at some combination of the following:
Public accounting/advisory firm
Law firm
In-house corporate tax department
State economic development agency
High business acumen
Great communicator
Track record of success driving outcomes across an organization with multiple stakeholders
Proven self-starter who can be productive and successful with limited supervision
Preferred qualifications: CPA, MBA, Masters of Public Accounting, and/or LLM in Taxation
